Mismatch between ambition of workers in sustainability and labour market demand 

Sustainability and Climate Change: Address how the sector could look like 2040 after the transition and highlight the changes. The terms ESG and Sustainability are often used interchangeably because a relationship and intersection exists.  

Sustainability is the broadest concept, encompassing public and private action. 

ESGIs typically used by the private sector (incl financial institutions) to measure companies and screen. 

Regulation is lagging behind global climate change requirements 

Regulation is Lagging: Using regulation paradigms adopted by leading shipping communities/countries, which will, eventually and in one form or another,  be brought into the local environment.
